Covid-19: Another Update…

Following yesterday’s announcement…

…we would like to confirm that we are continuing with the closure of Sound’s Offices and for the team to service our clients remotely. We will remain on hand to assist you in any way possible.

This decision, as you can imagine, is incredibly difficult. We will however remain reactive to the new guidelines issued by the Government in the following weeks.

You will still be able to contact telephone the office on the usual number (01268 567567), your call will be diverted to Sian or Anna who will be able to assist you, take messages to pass onto the team and ensure you are then contacted directly.

We hope that you understand that we believe this is the best option to ensure all clients and team stay safe in these uncertain times.

What we will be doing:
  • Holding meetings via video or telephone, whichever suits you best
  • Temporarily amending standard Meeting Delivery to ensure the key elements are discussed but reducing any paperwork required where possible
  • Temporarily asking that you do not post cheques for any investments or contributions you make, and make these online where possible
  • Keeping in regular contact with any updates where we feel it is necessary
  • Remain available for you to contact with any questions or concerns
  • Supporting you (where realistically possible) if you are in isolation and require additional assistance
