Sound Passes Mystery Shopper Test
The Financial Times’ FT Adviser arranged for a ‘mystery shopper’ to contact our office in Billericay to obtain advice on pensions. Sound Financial Planning Ltd scored the highest mark out of all of those contacted being described by the publication as “thorough, friendly and professional”.
